Continuum Wealth Group was founded by three seasoned financial advisors who came together around a common mission: To help people plan in more meaningful, generationally minded ways. Although they shared the same higher purpose, each partner brought his own approach and unique experiences to the table.
Understandably, they were struggling to communicate this key aspect of their business in a way that was clear and consistent, yet also fit each of their personalities. After a little listening and a whole lot of pondering, we took their individual viewpoints and wove them together into a powerful brand message that each partner was able to fully own and easily share.
Their Brand Message Guide outlined everything in a way that also made it easy to pass along to new employees. It included tools like talking points and writing examples to help the brand stay on course as it continued to grow.

In 2014, Chris Thomas stepped away from the corporate world to dig deeper into his Southern roots and become a full-time entrepreneur. Since then, he’s launched a number of successful brands, including Made South Market Events, Made South Cottages, Eli Mason, Good Southerner and Yonder Custom Hats, just to name a few. Today, the Made South brand is synonymous with Southern hospitality.
As Made South continued to grow, others began reaching out for help with their brands and events. Until then, Made South had been focused solely on launching and growing their own businesses. It was time to expand that perspective and share some of the Made South goodness with others too.
Chris had no doubt about this new direction. What he struggled with was how, exactly, to make sense of it all. He needed a way to clearly explain this new version of Made South, while staying true to the existing family of brands.
Carrying a handful of markers and a few giant poster boards, we rolled in for a Brand Strategy Session. Then, we took all our findings and honed them down into a carefully crafted Brand Message Guide. With a clear elevator speech, key strategy points, writing examples and more, this simple but valuable toolbox gave Chris and his team the words they needed to clearly communicate Made South’s exciting new direction.

Edge’s clients aren’t the only ones who have thrived over the years. Since opening their doors in 2018, the business has grown in leaps and bounds. As a result, they were having a difficult time talking about their rapidly expanding brand in ways that were clear and meaningful to their audience.
From the owner of the company to the nurse practitioner to the people who greet clients as they walk in the door, we pulled everyone together for a Brand Strategy Session. Then, we distilled our findings into a concise brand message that the whole team could embrace and easily share.
Finally, we wrapped it all up in a Brand Message Guide to help keep everyone, from new employees to their social media team, on the same page and their growing brand healthier than ever.
